Check-in and check-out

On the day of arrival, your room will be ready for you from 3.00 p.m. and until 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure. Of course you are welcome to store your luggage with us on the day of arrival and/or departure.

Parking

The hotel offers a limited number of chargeable parking spaces in its own underground garage (2 minutes' walk away). Alternatively, the public car park is also just 2 minutes' walk away.

A storage room for bikes and skis is available for you at the hotel.

Elevator and pets

Please note that we do not have an elevator and pets are not allowed in the hotel rooms and dining area.

Internet and power

Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel. Switzerland uses bi-pole (type C) and triple-pole (type J) plugs. Adaptors are available at the reception desk.

Breakfast and dinner

The breakfast buffet is available daily from 08.00 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. Dinner is served at 07.00/07.30 p.m.

Sports equipment

A ground-floor storage room is available for your skis and bikes. In the basement, you can store your hiking, ski, and cross-country boots. Shoe dryers and a waxing table are also at your disposal here.

Check-out special offer

Would you like to enjoy some activities on the day of your departure? You are very welcome to leave your luggage with us and freshen up with a shower before heading home afterwards. CHF 8 per person.

Lunch packet

You can order a lunch packet for CHF 16 from our service staff the evening before.
(2 sandwiches, 1 piece of fruit, 1 energy bar, 500 ml water in PET bottle)

The entire hotel bill can be paid on site. We accept cash payments, Debitcard, Postcard, Visa and Mastercard.
