Check-in and check-out
On the day of arrival, your room will be ready for you from 2.00 p.m. and until 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure. Of course you are welcome to store your luggage with us on the day of arrival and/or departure.
Parking
You can drive right up to the hotel to check-in and unload your luggage. The ‘Val Fex’ car park is just a two-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel also has a limited number of garage spaces on site. You can obtain a parking ticket from reception, provided a space is available. Otherwise, daily, multi-day or weekly tickets can be purchased directly at the car park. Parking fees for the hotel and the public car park are the same.
Elevator and pets
Please note that we do not have an elevator and pets are not allowed in the hotel rooms and dining area.
Internet and power
Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel.
You are welcome to borrow a power adapter at the reception desk. The deposit of CHF 10 will be charged to your hotel bill.
Breakfast and dinner
Breakfast buffet: from 7.30 to 10.00 a.m.
4-course evening menu: We kindly ask you to be at the table between 7.00/7.30 p.m.
Dinner can be called off daily till 11.00 a.m. Reduced price CHF 35.

Sports equipment
A ground-floor storage room is available for your skis and bikes. In the basement, you can store your hiking, ski, and cross-country boots. Shoe dryers and a waxing table are also at your disposal here.
Check-out special offer
Would you like to enjoy some activities on the day of your departure? You are very welcome to leave your luggage with us and freshen up with a shower before heading home afterwards. CHF 8 per person.
Packed lunch
You are welcome to order a lunch from our service staff the evening before for CHF 16.

The entire hotel bill can be paid on site. We accept cash payments, Debitcard, Postcard, Visa and Mastercard.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy of a confirmed booking:
Winter
- Up to 21 days prior scheduled arrival: no charge
- 21 to 7 days prior scheduled arrival: 50% of the total stay (bed & breakfast rate)
- Less than 7 days prior scheduled arrival: you will be responsible for 100% of the cost (bed & breakfast rate)
Summer
- Up to 14 days prior scheduled arrival: no charge
- 14 to 7 days prior scheduled arrival: 50% of the total stay (bed & breakfast rate)
- Less than 7 days prior scheduled arrival: you will be responsible for 100% of the cost (bed & breakfast rate)
This regulation applies if we are unable to sublet the room, as well as in cases of late arrival, early departure, or no-show. We recommend taking out travel/cancellation insurance. Disputes are subject to Swiss law and governed by Art. 160 of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR).
