Check-in and check-out

On the day of arrival, your room will be ready for you from 2.00 PM and until 11.00 AM on the day of departure. Naturally you are welcome to store your luggage with us on the day of arrival and/or departure.


Should you arrive by car, we can reserve a parking space in the garage (2-minute walking-distance) CHF 14 for 1 day / CHF 12 from 2 days / CHF 80 for 7 days.

Storage room for bikes and repair kit are available.

Elevator and pets

Please note that we do not have an elevator and pets are not allowed in the hotel and dining rooms.

Internet and power

Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel. The mains voltage is 230 Volt (50 Hz.) Switzerland uses bi-pole (type C) and triple-pole (type J) plugs. Adaptors are available at the reception desk.

Breakfast and dinner

The breakfast buffet is available daily from 07.30 AM to 10.00 AM. Dinner is served at 07:00/07:30 PM.

GRANDER® water

Original GRANDER® water bubbles throughout the hotel. This process returns the original energy back to the water.

Check-out special offer

Would you like to enjoy some activities on the day of your departure? You are very welcome to leave your luggage with us and freshen up with a shower before heading home afterwards. CHF 8 per person.


A tasty lunch pack may be ordered the evening before for CHF 16. 2 sandwiches, 1 fruit, 1 soft drink and 1 sweet surprise.


The entire hotel bill can be paid on site. We accept cash payments, EC card, Postcard, Visa and Mastercard.

Cancellation policy

Summer - Cancellation policy of a confirmed booking:

  • Up to 14 days prior scheduled arrival: no charge
  • 14 to 7 days prior scheduled arrival: 50% of the total stay (bed & breakfast rate)
  • Less than 7 days prior scheduled arrival: you will be responsible for 100% of the cost (bed & breakfast rate)

This regulation applies if we are unable to sublet the room, as well as in case of late arrival and early departure or no-show. We recommend that you take out travel/cancellation insurance. Disputes are subject to Swiss law and are handled in accordance with Art. 160 of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR).
